Many of our suppliers have colours in different price ranges, so it would be best to send through plans for quoting in the specific range you are after in order to get a price on what you need. These can be found in the links above.

If you have a small project like a vanity or laundry benchtop, we may possibly have material readily available. Please contact the office if you would like to view offcuts in order to book an appointment.

We stock small samples for each of the suppliers listed above. In some cases, we have larger offcuts for viewing but colours are limited. Please call our office to double check if we stock the colour you are after.

Warranty for Mineral/Sintered/MINQ/ArtsCutZero/Porcelain/Zero stone generally only covers imperfections in the making of the slabs before we receive them from the suppliers. For further warranty details for each supplier or to apply for warranty, please visit their corresponding websites. Cracks are not covered under warranty, unless it’s a defect with the stone material.

The Stone People will provide warranty up to 1yr if there are any complications with joins coming apart. Please be aware that earth/house movements (as well as movements with some appliances like washing machines and dishwashers) can sometimes move the stone benchtops resulting in the joins coming apart, this is sometimes a rare occurrence.

Chips on the stone benchtops can sometimes occur and are not covered under warranty through The Stone People or our stone suppliers. We can however repair chips at an extra cost, please contact us for a quote for repair. If we are not able to fit you in, we can provide you with an alternate contact.

There is no warranty available for pick up or offcut orders. There is also no warranty available for Natural Stone.

For man made stone, a warm non scourer sponge with dish detergent and light pressure is all you need to keep your benchtops clean.

For extra strong marks that won't budge we suggest a home brand cream cleanser (Aldi Brand - No micro particles) in order to lift the marks off. Clean in a circular motion with medium pressure.

For Natural stone we suggest sealing your benchtops every 3-6 months in order to prevent stains from seeping through as quick (Natural Stone is porous) then a soapy warm non scourer sponge as well for everyday cleaning.

We estimate roughly 21 days from date of check measure for installation of the stone benchtops. Depending on the stone material availability from our suppliers.

There are some instances where we can Install much quicker so the above is just a rough guide and we will contact you with the schedule asap.

We require all appliances that need a cut out in the stone, to be available on site on the day of the check measure in order to take measurements and placements of each.

If they can't be on site on the day of measure please forward on specs and placement details to cut to or have the appliances delivered to our factory and we can take measurements from there. We will then deliver the appliances back to you on the day of installation.

We are slowly building up our collection of offcuts since the silica ban so material is very limited. If you have a small project that requires just an offcut, please contact the office or please visit our factory in order to view our growing selection.

We also have some stock slabs available in selected colours, we can offer quicker installation if one of the stocked colours are selected.

We unfortunately do not have many Natural Stone samples available for viewing but we do have a small handful of Sensa Cosentino and SMG samples for viewing.

We also have some offcuts for viewing in a few selected colours, please contact our office by phone or email, to enquire if we have any stock of a particular colour you are after.

We do not stock samples of all colours as there is too much variation with the different quarries the material comes from, and the batches differ a lot with the veining, shade, colouring and size. Natural Stone is very unique, so if you are looking for something special, Natural Stone is the way to go.

We suggest making a trip out to one of our local suppliers called Vero Galleria on Gilmore Road in QBN or possibly trekking out to Sydney to visit WK Stone, SNB Stone, SMG Stone or even Marblous, where they will have a whole warehouse full of colours for viewing.

Just make sure to call ahead and make a booking for viewing of the slabs, to avoid disappointment with a last-minute visit. Most suppliers require you to book in advance.
